Ferrari F1 team fined

on sunday 25th July 2010 the ferrari team was fined £100,000 for breaching sporting regulations after appearing to implement team orders during the German Prix.

this incident happened when there were 20 laps left, and felipe massa let team-mate fernando alonso pass him, who then won the race.
Ferrari will not contest the stewards' results but insisted the incident was "a driver decision".

The Italian team has also been referred to the sport's governing body, the FIA.
Ferrari have also been found guilty of breaching the sporting code, which states that "any fraudulent conduct or any act prejudicial to the interests of any competition, or to the interests of motorsport generally" can be punished.

I think its out of order who ever is the best on the day should win not just a set person. Its unfair because he will get more points.
