Pokemon turtle battle!

If Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastiose, Lapras, Torkoal, Turtwig, Grotle, and Torterra fought, who would win?

lapras because it would have moves that where good against many of the others.

i would say blastoise because it can learn moves like earthquake and has decent defenses

lapras could use ice beam on any of the turtwig evolution line and win, It could also take out Torkoal with a water attack.

true, blastoise can also use ice beam, and kill a torkoal with water moves

Well alll I can determine is that Torkoal is the weakest there.

torkoal can expect to get beaten by almost all the others

i think torterra will win because it can learn earthquake and grass moves but it depends on its speed for lapras

lapras is a water/ice type so grass attacks would only deal normal damage

yea, you have a point there, considering all that, the winner of the battle would either be blastoise or lapras

Lapras has the most advntage with his Ice moves. Then he could take down Torkoal with his Water moves.

i know how we can decide which is better out of blastoise and lapras, how about a battle over shoddy, though you always have to have 6 pokemon so it would be a bad idea

it is between torterra and lapras there speed is close at level 100 and they have weekness against each other but if the lapras is faster than torterra than lapras wins but if torterra survives lapras has a good chance of dying so idk who would win

Lapras will pwn Torterra with speed and ice attacks.

there max speed is 8 apart with lapras winning but torterra has 53 more max attack then lapras

and torterra knows grass moves

and torterra takes x4 damage from ice moves so lapras would win, also there are other pokemon on that list that can learn ice attacks

Oh yeah I almost forgot about Lapras' Water side. So Torterra could have a good chance.

well if you look at things lapras could lose if it's nature is bad (i.e special attack hinderance) and torterra's nature is quite good (i.e attack beneficial)
