Warning Bar Added

I added a warning bar to the forum so whenever somebody does something they add more percentage to it, 100% is banned for 7 days.

EX:

Flaming: 25%
Advertising: 25%
Spamming: 25%

I found out that mods can't edit the warning bars, so for now on pm me or idachi telling us what rule they broke so that we can edit the warning bar.

Only moderators and administrators can edit fields, moderators in this case being anybody given privileges over a forum section. To change them, hover over the warning bar and press the green-and-orange circle-like arrows by the side, and it will change to a field that looks like [box with the number 0 in it] / 100 and a check mark at the end. Change the 0 in the box to whatever the user has total. Make sure to press the check mark when changing warning bars, otherwise it won't save.

Are you in the profile of the user? Moderators should be able to change it.
Make sure the warning bars can be edited by moderators, Infernhawk.

In the profile, hover over the warning bar field. There will be a green-and-orange circular arrow thing. Click it, that's "edit field value". It's like changing your birthday and gender straight from your profile, it's exactly how you do it.

Yea, I hover over it and only see a thing pop up saying 0/100, but I can't edit it. Like when you hover over the X at the top, it says Close.

I have fixed this problem mods can now ban members/edit the warning bar.
