Volkner because he is a great trainer in the games with his raichu and luxray i dont really like him in the anmine though.

lt. surge because he is one of the classic gym leaders and i have beaten him and his raichu in all 4 generations

Volkner cuz he doesn't call you a baby. Lt. Surge does so I dislike him. Wattson is average for me.

Wattson! Because he's from Hoenn! (That's my reasoning for a lot of things lol)

Although, I do kinda like Lt. Surge. His gym puzzle is cool, but sometimes annoying.
