Chp 39- Out of hell and right back in

(Justin’s pulling the dead Rocket members up the volcano to the top.)
Justin: And now to make sure they stay dead.
(He pushes them into the volcano.)
Justin: I wish I didn’t have to do that… *sigh*
(He looks away as the bodies fall into the lava. Justin walks back to the group, who didn’t see what he did. The Pokemon have started to wake up.)
Misty: Looks like the Pokemon are okay.
Brock: Let’s just hope they go back to where they came from.
(Pikachu gets out of Ash’s arms again and climbs to the top of the broken Sea Knight.)
Pikachu: Attention everyone! You’re freed now! Go back to your trainers or your homes! Get some rest! Eat something!
(The Pokemon cheer happily and all race off except for one. The lone Pokemon walks up to Pikachu.)
Glaceon: My trainer abandoned me…
Pikachu: What?! That’s terrible!
Glaceon: I don’t even know where I am! I last remember being in Sinnoh and my trainer saying good bye to me!
(The Glaceon starts to cry. Pikachu hugs her.)
Pikachu: You poor thing… how’d you like to travel with us?
Glaceon: Y-y-you mean it?
Justin: He means every word of it.
Glaceon: Y-you can understand me?
Justin: We all can, just don’t ask how.
Glaceon: Oooooh! You’re all so nice!
(The Glaceon licks Pikachu’s cheek, causing him to blush a little. Buneary sees the move, but she knows that it was a thank you. She limbs over slowly next to him.)
Pikachu: Hey, are you okay?
Buneary: Yea, I’m fine.
(Pikachu examined her arms. Her left one had a large gash in it, but the bleeding was slowing. Her right arm was just bruised. Pikachu spun her 180 degrees and found her vest was torn and the back of her head and back were also cut up.)
Pikachu: Aw man, your vest is torn.
Buneary: WHAT?!
(She took it off and looked at it.)
Buneary: Aw man, Johanna made this special for me!
Pikachu: I’m sure she can fix it.
Buneary: Yea, but it was one of a kind….
(She sighs depressingly.)
Pikachu: Well, we should talk to her. We haven’t seen her in awhile.
Buneary: I guess…
Glaceon: Um, who is this?
Pikachu: Oh, this is my wife, Buneary.
Glaceon: Oh…
(Sweat dripped down her face from embarrassment.) ( Very Happy

)
Glaceon: *Oh man, this is awkward now…*
Justin: So, what do ya say? Want to come with us?
(She was looking doubtful.)
Justin: Haha, I won’t abandon you, I promise.
(The Glaceon walked up to him. Justin rubbed her chin.)
Justin: I’m guessing you’ve been through a lot.
Glaceon: *sniff*
(A few tears stream down her face)
Justin: Well, no one will abandon you again.
(He pulls out a Pokeball.)
Justin: What do ya say?
(He holds out the Pokeball to her head. She pauses for a moment and presses the button, opening the ball, inserting her, and letting her get captured.)
Justin: Cool stuff! I got a Glaceon!
(But the celebration was short lived, as 2 Little Birds and a Hind fly over. All with huge red R’s.)
Justin: What the hell?!
(The helicopters start to land, when the Hind explodes. Everyone jumps behind the tree line as the Hind crashes into the rock. A giant Pave Low flies over. Justin’s radio starts to go off.)
Austin: That’s how you get it done!
Justin: Perfect timing Austin!
(Austin rams one of the puny Little Birds as the other lands and deploys armed Rocket members.)
Austin: You got ‘em James?
(The Pave Low turns sideways, showing James on a Mark 19 Grenade Launcher. The grenades explode, tossing the Rocket members hundreds of feet away.)
Justin: YEEEEAAAA! That’s how you do it!
(Everyone else is looking away, Pikachu and Buneary covering the kids. The dust settles, revealing three crashed helicopters.)
Austin: That’s all of them, we’re out.
Justin: Thanks for that assist!
Austin: HA! Assist my ass. Anyways, no problem.
(The Pave Low flies off again.)
Justin: I think you guys should get out of here. I’ll catch up to you later.
All: Right.
(They start to head into town as Justin goes on his radio to base.)
Justin: Overlord, this is Hunter 3-4. Mission has been completed. Pokemon have been taken care of. The HVT has been neutralized. Team Rocket base has been neutralized.
Overlord: Excellent work Hunter 3-4. Evac will be ETA 90 minutes at the town Pokemon Center. Commander would like to have a talk with you.
Justin: Rodger that Overlord. Over and out.
(He puts the radio away and looks out to the half-destroyed volcano.)
Justin: ….. Unbelieveable…
(He turns around and runs after Ash and co.)
[Meanwhile]
Pikachu: I hope you kids are okay.
(They all look at each other.)
Kids: We hardly even know what happened.
Pikachu: Good, you don’t want to.
(He turned to Buneary who was limping slowly.)
Pikachu: You sure you’re okay?
Buneary: At least until we get to the Pokemon Center…
(She then trips.)
Buneary: Stupid fur.
(Pikachu helped her to her feet and can now see her fur was split about halfway down.)
Buneary: It’ll grow back…
(Pikachu swept her off her feet, causing her to blush.)
Pikachu: You’re not okay, you need to get to the Pokemon Center. Don’t worry, I’ll carry you.
Buneary: Oh, you’re too much sometimes!
Pikachu: Anything for you.
(He gives her a quick smooch on the cheek as Justin catches up.)
Ash: Welcome back.
Justin: Yea, my commander wants me to head back to base in an hour and a half, but I’ll be back before the Pokemon League.
Brock: What for?
Justin: Too be honest, I don’t know… but anyways, let’s enjoy the time while we can, or at least try.
(He releases Spark Plug.)
Spark Plug: About time I got out of that thing!
(He notices the Chu family’s condition.)
Spark Plug: What happened here?
Pikachu: You don’t want to know…
(They walk into town to find it’s deserted. Justin finally realizes to release Julia. When he does, she hits the ground on her back, clutching her mid-section.)
Spark Plug: What in the world?!
(Julia groans in pain when it hits Pikachu.)
Pikachu: Oh dear…
Spark Plug: WHAT?!
Pikachu: I think she’s pregnant!
Spark Plug: ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
(Everyone’s jaw drops.)
Justin: That was an unexpected twist….
Misty: No time for staring! We need to get her to the Pokemon Center!
Justin: Oh right.
(He throws out Flygon.)
Justin: Flygon, get these two to the Pokemon Center, ASAP!
Flygon: Got it!
(Spark Plug carries Julia onto Flygon.)
Justin: Go, go, go!
(Flygon takes off like a bullet down the street.)
Brock: We should all go!
Everyone else: Right!
(The family takes off using Quick Attack down the street, Pikachu still holding Buneary somehow. Ash darts off in his Pikachu form. Brock and Misty runs after them. Justin stands for a moment and calls out an Arcanine.)
Justin: C’mon Arcanine, get me to the Pokemon Center!
Arcanine: You got it!
(Justin climbed on Arcanine and he took off as well. He raced by Misty and Brock and was at the Center within five minutes. The Chu’s were already inside and Flygon was standing outside.)
Justin: Thank you Arcanine.
(He returned him.)
Justin: Flygon, you too. Great speed, I must admit.
Flygon: Thank you.
(He salutes him, causing Justin to chuckle.)
Justin: At ease my friend, at ease.
Flygon: Would it be okay if I see Spark Plug?
Justin: When Joy is done with Julia, you can.
(He opens the doors and is able to squeeze Flygon in. Misty and Brock run in also, but Justin just stands outside, looking at the high wave warning flag. He pulls out a pair of sunglasses and puts them on.)
Justin: Looks like the wave isn’t the only thing that’s about to hit Kanto…

(He walks inside slowly. The Chu family was taken in for examination while Spark Plug and Julia were taken into the Delivery Room. Flygon was just standing patiently for his trainer while Ash, Misty, and Brock sat on the bench. Surprisingly, Brock and Misty weren’t hurt.)
Justin: How are they?
Ash: About the same as when Pikachu and Buneary did this the first time. Panic…
Justin: Too right…
(He sits down next to Ash and cups his hands and holds his head in it.)
Justin: Ugh, what am I going to do? I can’t go to the base with my Pokemon in this condition! I’m in a predicament here…
(The others weren’t really sure what to do since they didn’t know anything about military. They must’ve sat there for an hour, because they heard nothing about their Pokemon, but heard a chopper outside.)
Justin: Ah, crap.
(He walks outside to see a Pave Low. Austin gets out.)
Austin: You won’t believe how fast this thing is!
Justin: What are you doing here?
Austin: The commander wanted to see you.
(A highly decorated soldier walks out.)
Commander: Good to see you Sergeant! I hear your mission went well?
Justin: Yes sir!
Commander: Good job Sergeant! I’d like to talk to you at the base. Please, join me and the Corporal.
Justin: With all due respect sir, I must decline. My Pokemon is in labor right now. This is very personal to me sir. I must stay with them.
Commander: I see. Well, I’m not going to tear you from your Pokemon. How about we just talk in the chopper?
Justin: That would work sir.
(The three walk into the chopper and take a seat. Austin kills the engine.)
Commander: Sergeant, I’d like to offer you a promotion to the Captain of a new unit.
Justin: Wow, I’m, I’m honored sir.
Commander: So, what do you think?
(Justin sits back and thinks for a moment.)
[Meanwhile]
(Joy has finished the delivery and the examinations.)
Joy: Let’s see…
(She flips through a clipboard of papers.)
Joy: Ah, the birth was a great success! The couple gave birth to twins.
Ash (human) : Why does it seem they always give birth to twins?
Joy: Well, Pikachus typically give birth by the twins or triplets. Anyways, the other father Pikachu has a sprained right ear, so it won’t be able to battle for about a week. I’d take him to a Pokemon Center to be safe before he battles again. The mother Buneary needed 4 stitches in her arms, but her back didn’t require it. Her lower fur was torn, but that’ll grow back. The male, son Pikachu had minor burns on his forearms and chest, but were very, VERY minor, so he’ll be fine. The female Pikachu had bruises across her face and arms. The female, daughter Buneary had the same fate, with more contusions on her back. All in all, the family can be released immediately, but all except the father need a minimum two days rest. The father will need a week’s rest minimum.)
Misty: Thank you very much Nurse Joy.
Joy: I’m just doing my job!
(She walks into another room. The group then hears the chopper noise start up and fade out again.)
Brock: You don’t think…?
(Flygon was now very worried and hovered over to the door. It opened automatically, but when he tried to fly out, he bumped into someone.)
Flygon: Justin, you’re still here!
Justin: Of course I am! First, I’m never leaving any of you behind and second, I‘m staying!
Misty: What did your commander want?
Justin: Well, he offered me a promotion to Captain of a new squad.
Ash: What’d you say?
Justin: I declined. I’d rather stay in a squad I’m familiar with. Plus, there’s a LOT more work as a Captain.
Ash: Wow, well, good for you I guess?
Justin: It is actually, so how are the two?
Misty: Joy said the birth was very successful.
Justin: Well, that’s good.
(Joy pushed out a cart with all of Ash’s Pokemon. Ash and the group walked up to them.)
Ash: How are you Pikachu?
Pikachu: My ear stings really badly, but I think I’ll be fine. I’m more concerned about Buneary.
Buneary: I’m fine. My back is very sore, but I’ll live.
Pikachu: Good, cause if you didn’t, I’d die too.
(She smiled and rubbed noses with him.)
Pikachu: How about you three?
Kids: Fine!
(Alexander rubs his left arm, but smiles)
Pikachu: Feel good to be a Pikachu again?
Alexander: Yea, I don’t know, it just feels…right. It always seemed I dragged that tail along when I was a Raichu, but this one I can actually control, haha.
Pikachu: Good to hear. So, Justin?
Justin: Yea?
Pikachu: What are you going to do about Spark Plug and Julia?
(He looks at the ground, puts on his sunglasses again, and looks up.)
Justin: I…am going to get to the truth…

(He walks into the hallway towards Spark Plug and Julia’s room.)
Ash: Uh, their room is the other way.
(He points to the other door. Justin comes back.)
Justin: I knew that.
(He walks down the hallway into their room.)
