well you can always migrate rayquaza and from your GBA games, though you can only get groudon on SS and kyogre in HG

yep my brother has SS and i have HG so he ave me groundon

well i have SS and my friend has HG, and we can both get rayquaza after we transferred the 2 legends to both our games

I thought you could already catch it in LG/FR/R/B/Y

yea, you can catch it in those games as well as in HGSS

In HG/SS you must get all the Kanto Badges to unlock Cerulean Cave.

yea it's the same with zapdos articuno and moltres

Do you have to defeat Blue, too? Cuz I have all the badges, but I haven't defeated Blue yet.

blue is a gym leader, unless you're talking about red, then no you just need the kanto badges

I thought Red was the gym leader that you first found on Cinnabar Island and then in Viridian City. And Blue is the "elite 4 replacement" (lack of better phrase) in Mt. Silver.

Whichever one it is, I have all 16 badges and the badge from the Johto elite 4, but not the Kanto "elite 4" badge.

there's onl ONE elite 4, at indigo plateau, after you get 16 badges they get stronger

Oh... I thought the guy in Mt. Silver was the equivalent of the elite 4...

Why would you battle the elite 4 again if the guy in Mt Silver is the one that gives you the badge?

no, i think you beat the elite 4 again if you want the badge, though i can't remember if you get a badge from them

The one guy on Mount silver (Red) is defiantly just as hard as the (entire) elite 4, when you battle him, the lances battle theme plays, and when you beat him, the credits roll again.

Lapras is a better choice.

yea, you're right and with that, ash has owned the pokemon red has - with the exception of blastoise and venusaur, though ash has owned squirtle and owns bulbasaur

Ash is Red in the games, just with a different look. If you were to combine them into 1 game or show, they would be 2 different people.

yea, probably but red's team in HGSS made more sense than in the originals - preferably from ash's point of view

i like the fact that HGSS has some platinum elements in it, for example gym leader rematches

Its harder to get to the Gym Leader Rematches though.

at least in HGSS you can store as many phone numbers you want not just 10 of them

I have all the GL's phone numbers

i like the pokeathlon in this game, very competitive

yea, apart from the fact that you battle them with your rival and lance's pokemon are higher level than clair's pokemon

That actually sounds fun.

not really since lance's strongest pokemon there is lv75 and clair's strongest is at lv60

Thats fun though I need to face strong Pokemon.

when i face red on my SS i'm gonna use the team i trained on LG

I just used my main team.

i was gonna use my main team but i would rather use my LG team or diamond team

LG is better, it will remind Red of his region.
